Air Locker Equipment (ALE) was formed to enhance and grow the opportunity for simulated altitude training across the world. With engineering and design support provided initially to the Air Locker Training franchise group, ALE provided a new design and engineering solution to ensure the reliability and on going commercial viability of making altitude training available to the mass market.
The company was founded by two leading industry experts each representing the skills needed to ensure success. Roman Brady, CEO of Air Locker Training was eager to develop a business to provide a better solution than was currently on the market.
He then partnered with Tom Fyfe the ex Pulford (Altitude Training Systems) CEO with over 20 years of air compressor, gas generation and simulated altitude experience. Combined they provide both the technical knowledge and customer insights needed to design the best altitude offering in the world.
The ALE management includes Ivan Regester, a driven Operations Manager providing key product and installation direction and delivery. Ivan has over 12 years in the compressor and gas industry with over 10 years experience in altitude training equipment.
David Connell rounds out the management team bringing his fitness industry experience to the team. David manages sales and marketing as well as training and education post installation. David's experience includes over 15 years in the fitness industry and 6 years in simulated altitude training.
